FAQ

Do I need a passport to travel to Scotland?

Before Brexit, EU nationals could travel to Scotland (and the rest of the UK) with a national ID card. Since the Brexit, a passport is now compulsory for EU, EEA and Swiss citizens, even for travel to Scotland. A national identity card is no longer sufficient.

Information collected in March 2025 and subject to government modification.

How many days does it take to visit a European capital?

A 3-4 day stay is enough to explore the main sights of each capital.

Is there a time difference in Lisbon?

Lisbon is in the GMT time zone, so it's generally an hour ahead of France. This slight time difference is easy to manage for a short stay.

What are the typical dishes to try in Rome?

In Rome, you absolutely must try Roman pizza, “cacio e pepe” pasta, “carciofi alla giudia” (fried artichokes), and of course tiramisu. Don't miss the local markets for an authentic culinary experience.
